New Patient Information

How long is my initial appointment?

Dr. Brooks is not currently accepting any new patients for acupuncture at this time.

Initial appointments are 45-60 minutes, follow-up or return visits are typically 30-45 minutes.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive 5 minutes early OR fill out all paperwork online in the CharmPHR portal. The invitation will be emailed to you when your appointment is confirmed.

Bring in any important labs or images that were done in the past year. This is not required, but can be helpful, especially if you are seeking a second opinion.

What can I expect at the initial naturopathic appointment?

Every visit is different, every patient is different. Therefore it is difficult to determine exactly how the appointment will be. Generally, the initial visit is to get to know the patient, discuss the top 3 health concerns, a physical exam and make a plan to order labs and setting up the next appointment to discuss blood work. Treatment plans are often discussed at the second appointment.

What can I expect at the initial acupuncture appointment?

The initial acupuncture appointment includes the initial intake and physical exam, then followed by the acupuncture treatment.
