Redefine simply means to take everything you have been through in your life (yes, this includes your younger years as a child) and apply a new perspective, a new approach and a new lifestyle for you to implement in to your daily life. A new perspective and approach to how you navigate through your life brings tremendous healing, peace and inspiration. Whether you want healing, love, peace or a new direction with your career, this is for you!
Redefine is a customizable system that is not linear or "cookie cutter" approach. The benefit and outcome each client receives is different. It depends on the goals you set, your willingness to change and try something new in your life. Redefine is meant for someone who is ready to change how they approach and perceive life, how they feel and look or improve mental health.

Dr. Kathryn is accepting 2 new clients per month who are looking to take their life to the next level. The Redefine System package is 7 sessions (~16 hours total) completed over the course of 3-4 months.
This allows the client to fully integrate details from each session before the next one.

The Redefine system has been thoughtfully designed by Dr. Kathryn Brooks, incorporating 20+ years of experience to provide you with a unique holistic experience to Redefine your true potential.

Dr. Kathryn uses her extensive knowledge incorporating the wisdom and ancient teachings of Naturopathic Medicine, Chinese Medicine, intuition and Astrology with the newer system and teachings of Human Design wrapped in to one. This is a delightful and playful way of getting to know yourself, your purpose and aligning in a way never thought possible. Dr. Kathryn brings a light and fun energy to the process of assisting you in discovering and Redefining your life.
